early miscarriage? my HCG level is still rising well

High HCG is seen normal pregnancy and in other pregnancy associated conditions like ectopic pregnancy, Downs syndrome in fetus, hydatidiform mole of the uterus (molar pregnancy). High HCG levels in absence of pregnancy could be due to choriocarcinoma of the uterus or ovarian cancer.

I suggest you get a rescan of uterus through the vaginal route. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your gynecologist to find the cause. Hope this helps. Take care!
