hey. my period cycle is 30, 31 days. It's regular, rarely irregular. I had it 5 days early. It pretty much lasted for 3 days even though I had spotting afterward. After the bleeding stopped, I got really bloated... beyond how I normally do. I have been experiencing nausea, loss of appetite, a dull constant cramping in my lower abdomen (varies from left to right side), aching in my lower back, stiff neck, and what feels like pressure or cramping near the rectum/vagina. Am I just ovulating? Or do I have an intestine blockage or something?

Ovulation occurs 14 days before your next period is due. IT sounds like you're constipated! I'd suggest that you take some laxatives ... you'll probably get immediate (within 24 hours) relief.
