A couple days ago (4-8-09) I noticed a little pink on my underwear and on me when i went to the restroom. Couple days went by and i wasn't to worried about it, but when i got up this morning (4-11) and got to work, I went the bathroom and there was a lot more heavier blood then before. The color was a darker red, almost brown, and sort of thick. I just got off my period maybe 2 1/2 weeks ago, if that. My periods have been normal and on time since I first started. Cramps are bad and random throughout the day. I don't know what to do. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

If you are on the pill it can sometimes cause spotting between periods. Even if you are not on hormonal birth control, due to hormonal changes women can sometimes experience spotting. Unless it worsens I would not worry about it.
