Q: Early menopause ?

Hello,
I am turning 40 years old this year. I had a total hysterectomy about 5 years ago but they left my tubes and ovaries as they were fine. I haven't felt very good lately - the past year or so. I have had anxiety, depression, occasional flush lightheaded feelings, instant sweats that quickly go away, pressure feeling behind my eyes, headaches that just won't quit, and I feel like I have been walking around in a fog and I can't seem to concentrate on much. Is it possible that I could be going through early menopause? Is there a test that one takes to make that determination or is it just an educated guess?

Thank you.

I have heard that there is some home test that you can take, but I am not familiar with it...However, I know that your OB-GYN can do a test on your hormones which I believe helps...I am not certain if this works without having your uterus anymore....
