For HIV to occur, there must be a fluid HIGH in HIV. That means blood, semen (pre-cum), vaginal fluids and for babies, breast milk.

There has to be an activity which in your case is oral sex. You don't mention if you think you were at risk before this incident. Oral sex is a low risk activity.

The next thing you need is a way into the bloodstream. This could be a cut, a tear, a sore or a puncture. The virus is very tiny and can go in through a tiny cut or tear. How was your oral hygiene at the time? He did not ejaculate but I am concerned about the presence of HIV in the pre-cum.

A low immune system may bring on shingles HIV aside.

It is difficult to tell what you are suffering from and I recommend a HIV test whenever you are ready.

Take good care and all the best with that. Always, Mson.
