You can get pregnant if pre-cum or semen comes in contact with vagina during your fertile days. Sperms can swim upwards easily in vaginal wetness. The appearance of symptoms depends on how your body reacts to the changing hormonal status. It is not necessary that all women should experience symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy. Few women can experience symptoms as early as 24 hours after fruitful intercourse. Few women can experience few symptoms after having missed periods. Few women do not experience any symptoms throughout pregnancy. Do not depend on the appearance of symptoms as indication for pregnancy. Wait and watch for your next periods. If you do not get your periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you develop symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Blood HCG levels are known to be able to detect pregnancy accurately as early as 11 days post-conception.
