Q: Ear tingling/lump

I have a weird, "tingling" lump at the opening of my ear, towards the back of my body to be exact. It would be at the beginning of the external auditory canal. It does not hurt, but occasionally it tingles, kind of like a "numbness" tingling. It has been there for one month. i have never experienced this type of thing before. Is it a pimple? a wart? fluid?
