Hi all!

New here so this is my first post!

I'm not sure if im just paranoid or I actually am hearing a ringing here. But I've noticed a very, very slight ringing in my, what seems left ear. If im doing something I don't tend to notice it, but when it's silent such as lying in bed I can hear it. And I've also noticed literally only a couple of days ago veins throbbing on my temple both sides, and can actually feel them throbbing when I put my fingers on them. I've done some research and found Tinnitus, it's starting to stress me out knowing the fact it could be that and having it at only 19 and for the rest of my life im not sure if I could cope.

Any advise or ideas would be hugely appreciated.
