Q: Ear pain withour infection

I have a problem my symptoms are:
migraine
Stabbing ear pain, I can feel it in my throat and nose too
My ears hurt so bad and the pain has spread so far that want to keep my eyes closed.
dizziness, made worse by moving and horrible even when I don't move.
I have a lot of ear wax
any help would be great, thanks.
