Q: ear pain with cloudy ear

It started out as a pain in my throat on the right side the went to the left the pain in my throat is gone now but it went to my ear. the right ear is a lit stuffy. but the left ear i can barely hear out of it feel really stuff and has a echo sound. i went to the doctor and got antibiotic but it seem to make it worse. its going on two weeks that this has been occurring. what do i do now?
