According to the symptoms you reported (ear pain and pain in the neck, banged the back of the head about week and a half ago), your daughter might be experiencing an ear infection. Ear infection is not uncommon in infants and is easily spread via the Eustachian tube to the throat and the tonsils.
Inflammation of the tonsils as well as affection of certain of the neck lymph nodes might have caused the pain in the neck. The infection might be originating from the throat or tonsils and then spread to the middle ear.
You might want to visit your pediatrician for a follow up or ask for another opinion about the throat and tonsils condition as well as possible ear infection. If one is detected then antibiotics should be able to treat the condition.
The hitting might have caused minor damage to the head or the cervical part of the spine, although the pain should have been persistent. However, you might want to have an RTG or CT scan of the head or other imaging method. Visiting a neurologist to check for any neurological problems might be a good idea.
