Q: ear dryness; & myoclonus; please help

If you see an abnormality on one of those two pictures, please share your point of view. I have had an accident
in 2002 and my let ear never fully recovered. I have developed myoclonus for the last 2 years; and have recently developed a sensation of chronic dryness and stickiness in the ear.
Please help
