Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Duromine is an appetite supressant and is not recommended during pregnancy. It can have adverse effects on the baby.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist earliest for evaluation. You might be advised USG scan and if required Preimplantation testing can be done for detection of any defect.

Take Care!
