i have recently during the past six months started wheezing , not everyday and mainly at night when I am in bed or when I am relaxing , I am 45 and weigh 14 stones ( recently lost 3 stomes 12 months ago and now maintaining my weight ) I exercise 5 times a week at the gym and use a road bike at weekends , I went to my local GP and he examined my chest and said it was clear.
My daugher works at a horse stables at weekends and I first noticed the wheezing after I have picked her up , now my wife picks her up and I stay away from her & her clothes once she has come home , I thought I might be allergic to the horse dander on my daughetrs clothes but have had wheezing when she has not been to the horses
Regards

Welcome to e health forum.

In case, you think, you have symptoms due to allergy, it can be confirmed by getting a few blood tests including a differential white cell count and a ABSOLUTE eosinophil count.

In case, they are abnormal, then it is possible that your symptoms could be due to allergic bronchitis. Treatment with antihistamines might then help to relieve your symptoms.

You might consult with your doctor for additional information and assistance.
