Dull testicular pain, belly button lump....antibiotics haven't

Must Read
We review the definition of a hiatal hernia, what causes it, and types of hernias in this Introduction to Hiatal Hernia....
Do you know the difference between a small and large hiatal hernia? Know when to seek medical help? Hiatal hernia symptoms and more here....
Hiatal hernias are diagnosed clinically. But what lab tests and procedures can help confirm hiatal hernia? We review the medical exams here....
This might be two different issues......or maybe they are connected.

Dull pain in one testicle, started after getting married and having a major increase in having sex.
Went to doctor, did an ultrasound....couldn't determine. Thought it might be an epitiditize (sp) and gave me antiobotics.
Dull pain didn't go away.
Saw a urologist, put me on a stronger antibiotic. Didn't work.
Saw a different urologist, he thought maybe I had a prostrate infection and the testicle pain was a side effect, so I took cypro for two months.
The five months of various antibiotics knocked off about 75% of the pain.
But it still is there. If I have sex more than 2-3 days in a row, it hurts more.
NOW........I guess I will go back to the urologist again????
The pain is a dull pain in the bottom of my left testicle. Comes and goes throughout the day.
Any ideas?

Second thing, and I don't know if this is related.
Around the same time, I noticed a small lump in my belly button.
Over the past six months it has gotten bigger, so now it takes up about 1/4 of my belly button space.
Doesn't hurt ....unless you push on it. And sometimes if I'm doing some heavy lifting it stretches a bit.
Since it doesnt really hurt I haven't had it checked out.
But I decided to look up belly button lumps and it - according to some websites - is probably a umbilical hernia maybe.

Now I'm wondering if I have some type of hernia and that is the reason that for the belly button lump and the testicle pain???
