Q: Dull pain in pelvis area

A light dull pain on lower right side. It's positioned below
a little below stomach, maybe in the pelvis area. I have been sensing the dull pain for about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks now. I have no fever and the pain stays in this area. It doesn't move. What are the possible causes?

I have the SAME exact problem! AND I saw a Dr. and they said it might be an ovarian Cyst. So I had to get a Pelvic exam and an Ultra Sound done. AND it came back that I have a cyst on my LEFT ovary! But that is not where the pain is...Now the right side still hurts, its not a bad pain just different and dull like.. What is that cause of this??? What else could it be???
