More than two weeks ago, I started to feel a dull pain in my left testicle after a workout. The pain lasted over night, then I went to hospital in the morning. I did an ultrasound and urine test. Urine test showed that there was no problem. And the ultrasound showed the size of my testicles were even. There was positive color and Doppler arterial flow, thus there was no torsion. But the report did indicate some problems, a few tiny calcification compatible with microlithiasis were seen within the right testicle. And minimal varicocele formation bilaterally. Since they were minor issues, the doctor said we wouldn't need special treatment, just rest! The pain went away for two weeks. But four days ago, it came back. I went to a different hospital, the doctor touched my testicles and did another urine test. The report was still fine. The doctor said i was still OK and suggested me to take some ibuprofen. The pain did get minimized. But I wanna know what is happening to my testicles? Thank you
