I have been experienceing dull head pains in random spots around my head for the past few weeks. They are not severe pains but i am still worried. They seem to be worse in the evening and at night when I think about it but I am not sure it is anxiety related. Any advice besides seeing a doctor which I am planning on doing? Thanks

Extremely eHealthy
A dull, achy pains felt in the area of forehead or at the sides and back of the head, could be a tension type of headache.
It can start as a first thing in the morning or late in the day after the daily stress has ceased.
Very often, the underlying cause for tension headache is depression and anxiety.
Insomnia that usually results from these conditions, adds to the frequency and intensity of headaches.
