Dull chest pain with tingling and dizzy

Is there any doctor out there who can help me. Who would take interest in heping because I am about to drive myself crazzy(1)) In 2006, all of a sudden I was unable to see light. My MD sent me to a uveitis specialist who did not do much other than advising me to continue the same dose of prednisolone dropI still suffer from the same ailment. my (2) well I have been having dull chest pain and gone to emergency room many times. they told me the result of my blood works, ekg, an chest x-ray came normal. I am 57 years old - I feel dizzy, I feel tingling in all etremety. both feet aroun my ankel swollen. Now this morning on my left below the ribb cage, I was swelling. when I bend, I feel pain like mild burning sensation. My hear is bitting faster at rest followed with shortness of breath. when I sleep it frightens me becausemy beathing is very deep and far apart. Can somebody help me.

they checked ekg and cheked cardioenziem test and some other bloof works. They monitor me 48 hours and discharged me home.
