Q: Dull aches

i have been experiencing this dull aches from tome to time .i started feeling the aches in 2006,i went on antibiotics then cos i was sexually active.it went for like 7 months then it started slightly at first the it was constant later.i went to see my doctor who adviced i do a sperm culturingculture...the result came out and he found nothing wrong..no bacterial infection no fungal etc etc.he even told me my sperm count i cant remember but he said 25%was inactive.the aches r still there and i am very worried.one mo thing...according to my doctor on sperm count .,he said the results was good but i have tried on a number of women (past relationships )during sex and they never got pregnant .could this be as a result of the aches?

The exact location of the aches was not given. If the pain is in the scrotum you might want to have an ultrasound exam. If the pain is near the base of the shaft of the penis, you might want to check for inguinal hernia. If the pain is more intensive when urinating, you might want to have a urine culture.
As for not getting pregnant your previous partners, there are many factors that have to be taken in consideration. You have to have intercourse on the exact day she ovulates which is easy to calculate for every woman. So, she might avoid intercourse that day on purpose. On the other hand, they might have been on some kind of contraception that you were not informed about.
