Q: Dull ache under ribs

Hi. I have asthma and food allergies. Today I was standing for about half an hour, and felt like I wanted to pass out. I had a kind of a "dull ache" just under my ribs in front (stomach) and my chest was tight. Now I feel extremely weak still out of breath, and I am worried. Please could someone give me an idea on what this is. Its the first time it happened. Thanks
