Q: Dull ache in lower groin

Hello,
I'm a 30 year old male, ex smoker, fairly average exerciser.

I appear to have a dull ache in my lower groin area that comes and goes.
I have been to the Doctor to have my testicles checked and he can't find anything wrong.

I wondered if it could be a pull or something. If I stand up whilst i've been sitting for a while, it can come on, or If I bend to pick something up.

Any suggestions?
