As is well known: constant abuse of laxatives is a common cause of severe chronic diarrhea. It also uses massive amounts of electrolytes, which are essential to the fetus, especially during the first trimester. It is highly discouraged to use such products during pregnancy. You risk several unwanted and adverse effects. Please consult your physician for advise.
