Q: Dry throat
asked by: BandGeek on August 11th, 2009

Hi,

I've had a dry throat and no matter how much liquid I drink it's still dry. It last anywhere from a hour to all day. It's the kind of dry that makes you gag. Please help me.

I have sjorgens which is an autoimmune disease that causes extreme dryness..I have to constantly use hard candies and water..At night I have to rub vasaline at the roof of my mouth to keep my tongue from sticking to the roof..Yes it really does..I don't know if you are this severe but regardless it is a pain to have..There is nothing more for me that can be done but I Hope for you there can be something..k

throat dryness
you may have Nasal dryness that causes severe Throat dryness.
check if you have deviated septum.
for relief use Biotent mouth rinse frequently. It does work.and use a good quality nasal rinse such as "Ocean Complete"
good luck
