I am 28 year old male/ 160lbs/5'11 and need your help.

Since I was 19, I had this condition where spots of my skin on the face of my palm and finger would dry and crack off. The new skin that grows would immidiately dry while growing and cracking off again. So the affected areas would never heal. This would slowly spread outwards on the affected areas. Overtime, this condition appeared on my genitals/anus area but never spreading outside those areas.

I had met with a doctor once and he didn't know exactly what was causing this. He prescribed me (Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP, 0.1%) a cream to be applied in the morning and at night. I applied it on both hand and lower body areas. After a week, my lower area healed but the condition would return after a week or so. Unfortunately, my hands had no effect from this precription. I remember the doctor informed me that it won't cure it but it will prvent it from spreading which I belived it has to some degree.

About a year later, before I knew it, it started to clear. It cleared about 95% for a few months and it slowly came back. this cycle continued until this day but this time around, it is lasting longer and spreading further. Now it is spreading intensily along my index fingers and all my other finger tips. My finger tips skin would crack and if I get a cut from the dryness, the new skin regenerates extremely slowly preventing healing.

This conditon has disappered in the past lasting few months and then coming back. I have used Clotrimazole 1% and vaseline. The Clitrimazole some what worked for my lower body but its still itchy at times. My hands hand had no effect from the cream but the vaseline had been providing mositure.

Could someone please identify the name of this condition and the cure?

I would really like to send or post a picture to better describe the condition.

I truly appreciate your time and thank you in advance.
