Q: Dry sex - am I pregnant ?

okay i was messin around with my bf.. we had dry sex.. i had my panties on but he was naked, the dry sex lasted for about 12 seconds, and he DID NOT ejaculate. I changed my panties like two minutes after the dry, he says he thinks he DID NOT Precummed, but if he did, CAN I BE PREGO?
