Try not washing your hair every day. Wash
it maybe every 2 or three days. You can
get it wet, just don't use shampoo. Use
conditioner every time you shower. Use a
shampoo that is 2 in one or moisturizing.
Even if you don't have dandruff, you can
use "Head and Shoulders" with moisture,
and that will help too.
How is the rest of your skin? Is it dry
as well or are you using lotion? Get a
humidifier.
Another thing you can do is do an olive
oil treatment. Massage generous amounts
of olive oil into your scalp and put on a
shower cap. Let it sit for at least 30
minutes or longer if you can stand
it....overnight would be great, but it
might get a little itchy. Then shampoo.

I've suffered from your issue also!
here's what I use. i use Arbonne Tea Tree
Oil Shampoo ($25) and Scalpicin from (Rite
Aid, etc.)
I lather the Shampoo up real good and let
it sit on my scalp for 5 minutes. then i
rinse and condition.
When i get out of the shower, I towel dry
my hair and then apply the Scalpicin to my
scalp in the itchy areas. Really stops
the itching while the Arbonne shampoo
heals the scalp.
You can find the Scalpicin at any drug
store. The Arbonne tea tree oil shampoo
you can find on a ton of websites. here's
the one I use LKEssentials.myarbonne.com
