Okay, my bf and i were "dry humping" and there was no clothes between the genitals, his penis did touch the surface of my labia a little but there was absolutly no penetration and his penis did not have any cum whatsoever, and no pre-cum, i don't think. That and the rubbing lasted 3 seconds (in literal terms) Should i be worried? I asked this question before and i got the "No, you should not be worried about getting pregnant." Answer, but it's been one week since that rubbing (it's 8/14) i was suppose to get my period yesterday or sometime in the week, but i haven't. My breast hurt a little when i touch them but my nipples aren't dark brown. I think they feel a bit bigger. I feel a little fat but theres no lump exept for my little pooch witch has always been there (idk if i'm bloating). I do get cramps from time to time but i'm not constipated, it's no.2 at least once a day. And it has been a harsh emotional week with my dad :/ An answer would be great, :( please and thank you.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. The possibility of pregnancy needs to be ruled out in view of the delayed periods. The urine pregnancy test is usually done around 1 week after the missed periods. I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.

Moreover, it gets elevated in blood much early (around 10 days after the implantation of the zygote, formed by the union of an egg and a sperm). The HCG (it is a hormone) levels rise only in pregnancy and its presence will confirm the status of your pregnancy. An ultrasound of the uterus can also be done to look for the gestation sac. If pregnancy is ruled out, then other causes of the delayed periods needs to be looked into.

It can happen because of hormonal imbalance, hypothyroidism, increased stress, eating disorder, increased smoking, alcohol or caffeine use and medical conditions like PCOS, fibroid, polyps and endometriosis. An ultrasound of the pelvis will not only help in ruling out pregnancy but will also facilitate in looking for other causes of delayed periods like PCOD, endometriosis etc. Please do consult a gynecologist for the same.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
