Q: dry humping and sensitive penis

So i was dry humping rather vigiorously the other day and im uncircumsized and my foreskin got pulled back just through the motions, and now the head of my penis all red and sensitive and even almost "scraped" in some places. was curious as to what i can do to aid the the healing process of the skin their. there are the obvious like stop masturbating for a bit and no dry humping but i mean like other things i can do?
