My hands are very dry,
and little cuts ar appearing on my knuckles and the places my fingers can bend are extremely dry.

I'm treating it with ointment, and hope it will heal naturally.

My question is...
Can my sick cat have caused this problem?
She hunts mice and scratched me.
Later we brought her to the vet and she's got leukeamia.
The vet said humans don't recognise the virus so thank god it's not transferrable.
But, could the dirt on her nails have caused my hands to be dry?
Any mouse illness that causes dry hands with small cuts?
