dry hands(i think?)and hate the feel of most materials!!

My hands become very dry and i hate the feel and touch of most, nearly all materials though i can touch smooth surfaces such as wood, marble, and sometimes paper etc.my parents wonder,say stuff but later ignore it, it sounds stupid but it sends a shiver down my back and i feel cold.After a while it can get depressing, i find it uncomfortable doing some household chores those people who don't know what it's like are extreemley lucky, what should i do ????
