It feels like i have a blockage or something, my eyes feel dry alot even though they appear watery and my nose is dry and i feel a stuffed up feeling around my eyes and nose, Does this sound like it could be blocked sinuses or something? What should i do to get this sorted as it is really starting to annoy me..

Do the tears run down your face? If so that may be a blocked tear duct drainage. If your nose is dry, try one of the nasal moisturizer gels. Use this twice a day. Do not use a prepared saline solution that contains preservative such as benzalkonium.

Probably you have an eye condition like conjunctivitis or similar and if so that does require an eye doctor to treat.
