I did start having the occasional smoke about 2 years ago. Anyways couple of nights ago I had a smoke of weed with my friend and then i couldnt stop laughing, i had this really strange feeling while i was laughing lthen i led down... and this sensation rushed through my bodyespecially into my neck and head and it felt like i couldnt breath... now for the last 2 day my mind has been going haywire and i think something terrible is going to happen i'm scared of letting the feeling all the way in for what might happen do you know what this could possible be?

According to your symptoms (“thoughts that something terrible will happen”) you could be experiencing a panic disorder. It doesn’t seem likely to me that marijuana caused that feeling. Even more, marijuana should relieve you from that unpleasant feeling. You are well on the way to replacing panic disorder with marijuana abuse. In fact, many drug abusers start to abuse drugs in order to calm the anxiety.
You should ask for help from a psychiatrist as soon as possible.
