Hi I recently realized that i am pregnant, yesterday (which was the 4th of May),i went for my first ultrasound and established that i am 9weeks & 1day pragnant but counting back to my last drink, it was in the 7th week and was a glass of wine but before during the first 6weeks i had had a couple of ciders when out with friends. Now I was wondering if there is a solution or damage control that i can do,yes i know that i completely have to completely stay away from alcohol but i feel that is not enough, i am aware and really worried about the effects that can be caused by those drinks. what else or more can i do (from now on) to ensure a healthy and strong baby?

tell your doc. and dont stress too much. stress will do alot more harm to the baby!!

i drank before i knew i was pregnant with my first and she's brillant and im not just saying that bc im her mother lol

i doubt there will be anything wrong but do consult your doc

i just want to let you know that your child will be okay...you didnt do it on purpose to harm the baby since you didnt know it was there...i had done the same thing before i knew i was pregnant with my first child...she has no damge though...she rolled over at a month walked at 8...your baby will be fine...there are doctors that even say it is okay to drink wine while prego so you and your baby should both be okay
