Drinking and Pregnant?
Posted: 07-05-08 02:02am

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex the day before my period started and I think I'm fine, but lately I've had nausea with weird foods I always love, and have thrown up several times and have weird cramps. I am on the pill, but still.
I'm worried because this was 4 weeks ago, and I've been out drinking several times. If I do end up being pregnant, what is the likelyhood that I've damaged the embryo by drinking this early on?
I know there are possibilities, but have any of you experienced this? Same with the pill. I've gone through almost an entire package since then so I'm worried aswell. I'm supposed to start my period Wednesday, and I probably will, but I'm still curious and concerned.

I got pregnant on ortho-tricyclen and didn't find out till I was about 7 weeks along.

I drank quite often before I found out (i'd say at least 12-15 times since it was around a few big occasions), smoked, and was on the pill. Now i'm 16 weeks along and baby is doing just perfect.

That's excellent news!
Congratulations!!! Smile

My period did start, early even. But that's good to know for the future.
I'm glad to hear your baby is doing so well Smile
Good luck on being a mom!
