my boyfriend and i have been together for 2 years, we have a no problems what so ever, everythings great.
although EVERY night whether i'm with him of not i have the worst dreams. i dream constitutionally anyway. but for the past month they have been all negative about me and my boyfriend, eg, cheating, breaking up.
thats the last thing we both want or would ever do. hes worried on why i keep dreaming this?? stretch

Extremely eHealthy
The most common emotion experienced in dreams is anxiety.
Negative emotions are more common than positive feelings.
Next time, before you go to sleep try to imagine a new ending to your dream (you and your boyfriend are together happy, not breaking up)
If you wake up from a dream like that, you gonna feel empowered.
Rehearsing positive changes to troubling dreams results in new dream endings.
You may need to rehearse the new ending several times before you see change in your dreams.
Can you recognize some conflicts in your life?
Do you feel some kind of worry for your relationship in your daylife?
