Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the IUI has not worked, you can also consider option of assisted reproductive techniques (like IVF and ICSI) along with HCG trigger injections to help with pregnancy and smooth continuation of pregnancy. Endometrial thickness of more than 6mm is considered fine for conception. The egg follicles should reach a growth of 20mm or more to be able to rupture and release the egg. The use of ovulation inducing medications can help. IUI can fail in there is problem of luteal phase defect in you, endometrial or hormonal problems, lack of ovulation, defective protein in the sperm head (that affects the penetration ability of sperm to fertilize the egg), abnormal sperms, etc. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and discus about further treatment options to help with pregnancy. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet rich in foods containing zinc to ensure better maturation of egg and sperms.
Take care.
