10dpo, slight cramping and implantation bleeding??

here's the deal, I'm on birth control but missed two pills in my first and second week. just today, 10 dpo, I experienced some brown spotting, not a whole lot. my period is due in about 5 days. I also just started experiencing some cramping in my lower left pelvis area. what do you all think?? possibly pregnant??
