dozens of tiny sores on arms,ankles, and legs..being paranoid?

I have 95 tiny open wounds on my body and my dad says they look like flea or chigger bites but for some reason I am being flipping paranoid about HIV. They are on my arms, ankles and legs and they are in groups of 2-4 and itch like crazy.They started on my legs and and ankles then moved up to my arms,I am still having more show up on legs. It started like 3 weeks ago and I just keep getting more and more, beside the sores I have felt totally fine.

I do have two outside cats (never come in) and I have a rabbit and duck in a shed which is very dirty at the moment,with work and school I have not found time to clean it.

I just got out of the relationship of 6 months and he went and got tested and he has herpes, so do I but we have different types. Ever since he mentioned being tested I have just been being flipping paranoid, I have been threw a HIV scare once and ever since I have total paranoia

I am making an appointment to go get these wounds looked at and get tested and im terrified.
