I have a brown mole on my back that has gotten a little bigger and now I have noticed that there are quite a few red dots around the mole almost like broken blood vessels. What would this be?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Changes in the color, appearance, size of mole is not normal. It is difficult to comment on the status without examining it. You should consider visiting a skin specialist or a Dermatologist at the earliest for further examination and tests done to identify the cause for the changes. Get started on appropriate treatment as indicated by the examination and test results. Be in regular follow-up with your treating doctor.
Take care.
