the outside of my vagina an like a half inch inside gets so raw and iritated i have tried different lubes and condoms and it just dosent help an suggestions please comment thanks

First, welcome to ehealth! Might help if you go to your doctor because it could be a hormonal imbalance. Next time, be sure CAPS lock is not on...its not good forum etiquette.

It can be hormonal issues, even at 19 years old. If it is that uncomfortable, go to your doctor. Get some bloodwork done, find out if you might be allergic to a certian soap you have been using, a certian laundry detergent, something.
