Dont know if Im having a miscarriage

Im 6.4 wks pregnant.I started bleeding at 5.3 wks pregnant so I had my hcg levels checked they were 500.I had them checked 3 days later and they were 913.My doctor wants more blood work done Tues.Yesterday I started bleeding again and have globby looking stuff coming out.still bleeding today and passed a blood clot and also a stringy looking clot.im having a little pain in my right ovary when i pee is this bad? could i be having a miscarriage?
