Cumming is a slang term for orgasm. So she wants to know if you had an orgasm.

If you masturbate, you will know what an orgasm feels like. If you do not I can suggest that you start and figure out how your body and sexuality work.

An orgasm is when sexual tension builds and builds in your genitals while your clitoris, vulva and vagina is stimulated (rubbed, stroked, licked). Then all of a sudden it will 'explode' in waves of pleasure through your genitals and abdomen for a few seconds. Your breathing and heart rate will almost double just before an orgasm and you can loose control of your hips, legs, arms that may tremble and shake spontaneously.

You can also ask her, she will be able to explain to you how she feels during an orgasm and that might help you to recognize your own.

Hope this helps.
