dog language?

I was listening to the radio the other day and I heard someone analyze body language. they said that when a dog stretches out his front legs, bows with his little butt in the air---it means that he is saying I love you----Ive noticed peeve does this. Has anyone else heard anything like this?

My dog does that, but he also has my sock in his mouth and I'd be late for work. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong stance but I always thought that was the "You're in a hurry, let's play now" stance Very

yeah but i think the legs are farther apart---when peeve does this his front feet are close together and he usually lays down right after

my moms chihuahua does this whenever i visit lol or when im drinking something or chewing gum he.ll bring me his bone or a treat he has hidden somewere in his dog house and nudges it with his nose, taps it with his front paws and wont stop till i pick it up and pretend im nibbling at it, i guess he thinks im hungry lol i guess its a way of saying they care for you enough that they.ll share their stash of food lol so yea i think your dog is telling you he loves you Smile

I've never heard that... but it's so cute!!
My dog does this when she's in the mood to be petted, i pet her head and she archs her back, extends her front legs, tushy in the air, and then she lays down all stretched, and even does this little crawling thing, so cute!
