I often have an itchy kind of pain on my jaw below the chin, and my upper neck. Not sure if thats exactly what you're experiencing, but I think its related to my TMJ.

Hi forgot to tell you that I lost all my upper teeth and is on dentures...please advise if this has an effect on TMJ as well.
The pain is sometimes like a burning sensation feeling
around the jaw and ear area.

Hi thanks please advise what do you suggest. Do I need to change my dentures? From what doctor do I need to go? By the way I may have a lumbar stenosis issue. Can this cause also the tingling sensation in the face which radiates from the neck? I'm having terrible pain now from my lower back down to my legs with tingling and numbness unto my foot as well. Appreciate your reply. It is giving me some wonderful insights.

Thanks. Actually I have an MRI scan of the cervical spine and it's normal. Had an X-ray in the lumbosacral and it's says there is straightening of the lumbar curvature. Finding says it's muscle spasm. Hmmm very adamant. Shoulder blades pain and neck cracking though. Sometimes my neck cracking causes the tingling sensation in my face. Very stiff. Jaw cracking as well. Quite sad. Need to go to the dental specialist.
