Does this sound like a hernia?

I have this dull pressure/dragging pain in my perineum, lower abdomen, and sometimes high inner thighs. It gets aggravated from walking or sitting for awhile. I can't find any bulge. Although the pain is mainly in my perineum. Could this be a hernia? If so what type of hernia would it be? Thanks
