does someone get syphilis by just deep (gay) kissing..
or just doing sex just rubbing the genitals , ?? (condition is also that, the person have not engaged ever in oral, anal or vaginal sex)

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

The primary means of syphilis transmission is through direct contact with sores found on the lips, mouth, external genitals, vagina, anus, or in the rectum.

Hence if such sores are present in the oral cavity, kissing can result in transmission of the disease.
