i heard that it did from a few people.
but i dont really believe them.
i know it increases metabolism &
suppresses hunger,
but people keep saying that it does.
im trying to quit smoking, & i smoke,
more than i eat.
i notice weight loss.
& my health is getting worse & worse.

does decrease appetite
I've found that smoking does decrease appetite. I tend to think oh I'm hungry... but I'll just have a cigarette first then eat later. Then I am not really hungry later.

Also people who are trying to quit tend to eat in place of smoking.... so that could lead to weight gain.

Smoking does not actually burn calories or increase your metabolism though.

Its true, you may pass a meal if you smoked recently, so yes there is something between the smoking and eating lessSmile

Smoking kills your appetite, it has nothing to do with calories. When I quit smoking I lost a lot of weight instead of gaining any.

In my oun oppinion you must visit a pcicology because even you dont beleave this you are having a big problem, and it can get worse everyday more.
I am an activate smoker and Im fat, and even I have almost 8 years smoking i haven lose any waight just moking, and i just lose it when i get on a diet and do excersice, so what i recomend you is to get on an strict diet and try tio stop smoke because even i got this bad habbit again I did it and when that I noticed that I was better than now.
