Hi,

We have had unprotected sex on 20 October and the next day (oct 21) with in 16 hours she had a ECP. I need clarification as to when she will get her periods after having ECP. Her normal mensurable date is 27th of every month. does she get period twice in this month because of ECP ?. should i confirm that she is not pregnant after withdrawal bleeding? or else is it necessary to take urine test to confirm? if so, please let me know when should I take the urine test to get a precise result?

After taking the ECP it can chabge a girls cycle a bit and delay it for the first few months after it's been taken.

Some girls also experience withdrawl bleeding about 1-7 days after they've taken the pill...

There are some ECP's that you suggest take a Urine pregnancy test about 3-4 weeks after it's been taken to make sure that it has worked. Hope this helps Smile
