Does Hiv spreads through a nail scratch from a infected person ?

Hi Doctor,
I got 2 similar nail scratch from a sex worker on my hand but the scratches were just 1-2 mm wide(less than 0.1 cm) just like a pore and there was no bleeding/visible blood (only a slight tear of skin) due to that scratch. But i fear if the nail contained any body fluid/blood.Though not sure about it.
In worse case if she is infected am I at risk due to the scratch from her nail with or without body fluid ??
